Shipping policy
Shipping Overview
At US Drone Supplies, we ship fast—because we know time matters. All orders are shipped directly from our California facility, typically via FedEx.
Order Processing Time
- Most orders ship within 2-3 business days
- Orders placed after 12 PM PST may ship the following business day
- Orders are only processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, or FedEx 2-Day depending on the item and destination. We may also use USPS or UPS for small items or PO Boxes when necessary.
Tracking Information
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Most orders within the continental U.S. arrive in 2–5 business days after shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States. No international shipping is available at this time.
Signature Confirmation
Some high-value orders may require a signature on delivery. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier (e.g., FedEx). If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier
- We do not guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-related issues
Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee that every order leaves our warehouse in the condition listed and with the service level selected. Once in transit, delivery is subject to the carrier’s performance.
